Comments: We encourage employees to make personal donations to eligible non-profit organizations online through the Cardinal Health Giving Station. We match employee donations of $25 dollars or more, up to $2,000 per employee. Donations to health-related, school and scholarship programs are matched at 100%, and *donations to other non-profit organizations are matched at 50%.

Procedure:

• Employee donor logs into the matching gift website and submits the master request to the program administrator's office. Donor's charitable institution is contacted by administrator to acknowledge the gift.
