If you are an employee, spouse of an employee, retiree or served on the Board of Directors of a company that has a matching gift program, you may request a matching gift form at the company′s Human Resources or Personnel Office. After completing your part of the form, include the form with your gift and send it directly to The Baptist Home. The Home verifies the contribution and returns the form to the sponsoring company. Matching gifts are credited to the same fund as your original gift and are credited to the individual donor for purposes of recognition. Your original gift is deductible for federal and state income tax purposes to the fullest extent allowed by law.
