Matching Gifts

Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees. Matching gift programs will not commit to satisfying personal pledges. For this reason matching funds cannot count as payments for personal pledge commitments. However, matching gifts are given full credit in determining gift society membership.

To find out if your company has a matching gift policy, please enter your employer's name below.

If your company is eligible, please request a matching gift form from your employer or complete the form via the company intranet. If a hardcopy form is provided, you may send it completed and signed with your gift or soon thereafter. We will happily do the rest and will let you know when we receive the match.

Every gift to Sewanee is important, and the matching gift program may double or triple the impact of your gift. Eligibility requirements vary by program, but some companies will match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.
