Matching Gifts

With matching gifts you can sometimes double or even triple your gift!

Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees. To find out if your company has a matching gift policy, please enter your employer’s name below.

If your company is eligible, download the form here, fill out the requested information, and have your employer send it to the National office at the address listed below. Please remember to include the Chapter Name and Memory Walk Location (city, state) and donor information on the matching gifts form. Once it is processed, the donation will be credited to the local Memory Walk specified on the form. Please allow sufficient time to process as there may be delays due to a company's procedure for processing requests.
