Matching Gifts
Matching gifts can double or even triple your gifts to the University at Buffalo.
Each year, UB benefits from many corporate contributions initiated by employees. To see if your company matches employee donations, please enter its name in the search box below.
If your company is eligible, the process is simple:
- Request a matching gift form from your employer (human resources).
- Complete and sign the form.
- Send it along with your gift.
We will do the rest.
Even if you're retired, it's possible that your former employer will match your gift. Some companies match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses. If so, the process is the same. Ask the human resources department for a matching gift form and send the completed form along with your gift.
If you have donated already this year, still send us a matching-gift form. Most companies will match your gift if the form is sent within a reasonable time after the donation.
** The matching gift is credited to your record and boosts your giving levels for recognition and donor gift clubs.
