Matching Gifts

Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees. To find out if your company has a matching gift program, please enter your employer's name below.

If your company is eligible, request a matching gift form from your employer and send it completed and signed to the address below.

In order to ensure that the America's Walk for Diabetes participant you are sponsoring receives fund-raising credit for the matching gift, you must also send a copy of the e-mail message you received after making your online gift titled "Thank you for your gift."

We will do the rest. The impact of your gift to the American Diabetes Association may be doubled or possibly tripled! Some companies match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.
